  Dotty at Allstate was amazing! I had a water loss at my home and I called her because I wasn’t sure who else to call. She gave me an amazing recommendation and we had a company out within the hour of me calling her. Dotty, thank you SO much for making the process so easy!!!

  I had a question about my policy. I called September 26th and left a voicemail. No response. I called September 28th and spoke to a gal who couldn't answer my question and said the manger would call me...no response. I called October 3rd and left a voicemail...no response. Today is October 6th...still no response. I have since found a new Allstate agent. The only positive about this is I had a simple question and not in an emergency. Michael, if you read this, check your phone logs, you should be embarrassed. Richard Alford.
