A few weeks ago, I wanted to change my mailing address, and they changed my home address. I spoke with an agent named Jessica Macias, who acted in a personal and disrespectful manner towards a client with almost 10 years of accident-free coverage. Instead of helping me, she made things difficult, until I decided to switch to another insurance company suggested by her. I don't understand how they can have someone working there who doesn't behave professionally. I believe that good clients should always be able to negotiate to reach a respectful agreement. I think Jessica Macias is the worst agent I've ever spoken to at Statefarm. I apologize for this comment because Statefarm is a good insurance company, but Perry Olson needs to choose their employees more carefully before losing their best clients. Roger Betancourt
