Suzette was so great! I had gotten many calls from various Allstate folks over the course of a couple days trying to win my business. Something about her made me stay on the line. She drew up a couple quotes for me with the understanding that I likely wouldn't sign until February. What she was able to put together for me was better coverage for a better rate for a bundles policy that what I currently held. She was beyond friendly and we chatted as we were finalizing my paperwork.
Got a call from Chris today to verify everything that Suzette and I talked about. It was great for him to reach out and make sure that everything was taken care of as i had anticipated.

Awful communication and lack of knowledge led to me paying out of pocket for an OEM back window after I was repeatedly told by Douglas Dubik that my policy had $0 deductible and full comprehensive coverage. This was even confirmed on a recorded call, yet they refused to honor it and wouldn’t cover my back window.
I’ve only been a customer for a month and a half, and this is how I was treated. Instead of helping, they acted as a useless middleman. I would strongly recommend skipping this agency altogether and going directly through Allstate.
Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Thanks for losing a customer over something that should have been simple.

Obtaining the right insurance policies can be a nerve racking process. We had policies with the same company for over 10 years and thought all was good. Boy were we wrong!
ALLSTATE provided new policies with significantly increased coverage for our home and autos. That’s not all, our total Insurance costs decreased by almost half. The Agent that worked with us was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough, he made sure we understood the options and was very efficient during the enrollment process.
Their main office reached out to verify our policies and personally welcomed us to their ‘family’. How refreshing in the age of on-line menu driven systems. Highly recommend contacting ALLSTATE for all of your insurance needs.
