The girl at the time gave me a huge discount as a 21 year old first time driver insurance and it was better than anywhere else. I also had roadside assistance which they had revoked that same year from me and said it would be years before I could apply for it again. I’m 28 and they still say I am ineligible. Mind you my few times I used it were locking my keys out of the car. Never heard of an insurance not allowing you to get roadside coverage again. Nowadays, customer service is awful at this office. As others have stated, they always text you back or contact you back late and it’s always with attitude as if you’re annoying them and couldn’t be bothered. And they always mention I could just switch insurance then and it’s like they don’t want you as a customer at all. Please fire your office workers as your staff should not be rude and have attitude.
