- EREloise ReedJan 23, 20265.0I just had to deal with the loss of our trusty vehicle, a 1999 Suburban, after a storm totaled it. But agent, Eric Keas was outstanding, from the moment I called to file the claim, to his unbelievable help with removing the car from our policy and the finer details of cancelling the registration (that was a new one on me). He was so kind, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. He really made a sad situation tolerable. Also a "shout out" to Vanessa Snell who also was very helpful with this process. These are the folks behind the scenes that continue to make my experiences with Allstate positive!

Paige and Stacy give 110% above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their customers. Excellent customer service is a rarity in this day and age, so I truly appreciate it. They are quick to respond when I reach out and have always come through for me when it comes to savings. I had to use my car insurance about a year ago and I was amazed at how quick and seamless the process was to get my car fixed; all the way down to the rental car. I have shopped around now and then but always stay with Allstate. They will be my forever insurance for both my home and auto. Thank you Paige and Stacy! YOU ARE APPRECIATED!! :)
