  Tues around 3pm I sent an email announcing that I was adding a full coverage rental car to my policy as determined by my agent to do it this way. 25 hours later...25HOURS LATER...I received an email in return that my email didnt go thru meaning during the daylight hours I was driving without insurance! I tried numerous times to call the office but kept getting shoved into the phone tree during which everytime I would get disconnected. Stupid system! Changing agents and maybe a different company altogether . Yesterday it took just shy of 3 hours to get the rental for which I was paying $61 per day and could not drive legally, covered with insurance which they said would be $150 per day. And if I wanted to get a less expensive policy for 2 days...I need to talk to my agent, Bruce Bergantz. Well guess how thats working out!

  I wasn't denied service and at a time of grief, my Mother passed away and I was lost . My Mothers INS. canceled me would not even deal with me and their was no real reason and I need to find INS for the house I just inherited when all I needed was INS> and quick and low and behold ALLSTATE was there thank you so much at this grieving time.
