I’ve had a great experience with State Farm and wanted to give a shoutout to Kori and Mikayla for their outstanding service. From the start, they made everything simple, clear, and stress-free.
Both of them were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. They took the time to explain my coverage options in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated. It never felt rushed—they genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit.
Customer service like this is hard to come by, and it really makes a difference. I feel confident knowing I’m in good hands with State Farm. Highly recommend working with Kori and Mikayla if you get the chance!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH!!!
I have never been more dissatisfied with an insurance company. They are constantly making errors with our policies, overcharging at times. I am constantly having to call in to fix issues that should not be happening in the first place.
They also randomly charge your card without consent when new or unexpected charges appear, and there is little to no transparency. The app and online system do not clearly show what the charges are for or why they are being applied.
