    Melissa had amazing customer service! & She was very honest and transparent which is exactly what I look for in an insurance agent. I am happy to refer her to others! Allstate, Melissa is great!

    Problem after problem. Did a state to state transfer, was reassured it would be a seemless transition by Patricia, no extra fees. But whoops, they forget to cancel my policy with my old agency and I owe $. When I call for assistance dealing with something I was promised would not happen (and that I definitely do not need to cancel it myself), I was given the runaround. I called several times over the course of a week and was told by several assistants that I need to talk with the office manager. Surprise surprise, no call backs and complete avoidance. Call Saturday leaving a message wanting to cancel during office hours (because they hardly answer) and emailed agent with no response. Imagine if I had a actual claim.... Call today (9/8) after switching to Statefarm to cancel again. The receptionist doesn't ask me my name, or verify my identity in anyway. When I explain that there have been numerous red flags and no one will return my several messages, voicemails and emails she just says "ok, we will cancel it..." I said that I hadn't even given you my name, she says, Lena right? Totally unprofessional experience. She didn't even tell me what would happen with this month's payment and was supposed to send email verification, that after two hours, I still have not received.I would definitely choose someone else. Statefarm was $84 less a month with better coverage all around. *Update- called back two hours later, and they never canceled it 😑. Had to have it canceled again...

    Very responsive for new policies. NON responsive for existing policy. Left voicemail & emails no response. Called 24/7 number and they were very helpful.
