  Think twice before getting insurance from Allstate. I had a small claim that was denied. The whole claim process was a Nightmare. Lots of Rude and Unprofessional people in their claims department.

  Update: Next day 11/25/25 I received a phone call this morning from Mr. Wilson himself. Because of this I have changed my star rating. I think it is important to acknowledge and reflect the business owners response to my family’s situation. I was unable to get to my phone on time this morning but he did leave a voicemail and expressed his deepest condolences and how my father in law will be missed. My family is so heartbroken and devastated with our loss and Mr. Wilson’s kind words and warm genuine condolences has helped sooth some of the stress and pain that is weighing heavy on us. He also offered to help in any way possible and I feel this is important for people to keep in mind. He saw my review and took immediate action to try and remedy the terrible experience from yesterday. I can no longer say not to patron his business because he showed and practiced all the qualities I look for when looking for somewhere to do business. So I would absolutely give him and his business a chance. ******************************************** 11/24/25 My family and I do not and will not Ever use Allstate for any of our insurance needs. My father in law passed away in September. It was unexpected and sudden. We have only this month been able to start going through his mail and working on getting everything of his taken care of and all the correct places notified. When I called Jim Wilson’s office this morning to let them know he had passed and ask if there was anything we could do to get his policy reinstated the lady on the phone was extremely callous and unkind. She let us know there were multiple calls and voicemails left. We do not and did not have access to his cell phone to retrieve any messages. The lady did not One time express any condolences for my families loss and just informed me that any unpaid bills will be going to collection and brought up against his estate. Death is a difficult enough process for everyone and it seems that a little kindness and compassion goes a long way. You will receive neither from this insurance office I suggest everyone stays far away from them.

  I have filed two claims with Allstate and both claims have been denied. I am not satisfied with Allstate, and don't understand why they insured me other than for my premium payments. I would not recommend Allstate Insurance. They are happy to received your payments, but will not pay out when it is necessary.

  I feel very comfortable with our minimal communications I know when anything comes up Jim, or one of his associates, is always there to take care of it.
