- FFFoodieWhoKeepsItReal6 days ago1.0Kristy and her team have no clue what customer service is. I was with allstate for a while but switched companies because of Kristy's attitude a while back and in February got a call to switch and it would be lower & what not. Decided to give them another chance and was surprised and let down that I was still connected to this office. I called to modify my policies and got no where with her and her attitude. I will now cancel completely and go with the competitors who have excellent customer service. I'm not surprised with all these reviews, I am surprised she's still in business.

This being one week later I'm a little upset considering I called two days ago . Again they would call right back. Ha. I found if you want to talk to somebody go to the business because I believe a ☎️ is just old tech. to them.
