- DCDr. Vanessa ChavezFeb 17, 20261.0I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Allstate customer service. It is nearly impossible to get through to a live agent at Wyatt Mace office. When I used them previously with Joe Keller they always answered their phone. The automated system just loops you around, and when you finally do reach someone, it’s routed to a generic hotline instead of a knowledgeable representative who can actually handle your issue. For something as important as insurance, customers deserve timely access to real support. Long wait times and being transferred around without resolution make an already stressful situation worse. Communication and accessibility should be a priority, and unfortunately that hasn’t been my experience.
