- JSJune SmithAug 29, 20251.0*** DO NOT USE*** I sent 2 emails weeks apart asking Vanessa why my policy increased OVER $400! She NEVER responded. Not a call. Not an email. NOTHING! The second email stated I needed an answer and wished to speak with her prior to renewing with Allstate. I asked NOT to renew my policy until we spoke. Next thing I know my bank account is left with $0.38! Yes, 38 cents! I called and spoke with Ruth. She could care less. Vanessa is conveniently unavailable. I asked for my policy to be canceled and my money refunded. Who knows how long that will take. This is a Friday before a 3 day weekend with banks closed on Monday! They are the worst! They just ruined a holiday weekend for myself and my kids! Meanwhile, we’ll be looking for something to do over the next 3 days with $0.38.
