Yesterday I had a 21st century nightmare day of self-service websites (Lemonade.com) and speech recognition self-service phone menus (Homesite) all failing as if it were 1993. So I visited IRL the Lanell Anderson Insurance Agency. They're a State Farm affiliate so I had high hopes a human could solve my insurance problems. And representative Socorro Garcia-Romero did so with patience, professionalism, and insight. We discussed my needs, weighed options, checked prices, and found a combination of parameters that aligned flawlessly with my situation. Sometimes you just need a professional with the chops to do right by you, and the Lanell Anderson agency has those professionals. Try them in person in their office, they're a breath of fresh air you just can't get from a website or phone. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
