  They suck, I being there twice and they cancel my car insurance without letting me me know, a month goes by and when I notice I came to the office and give them a change to work wherever out , paid extra transfer me to a cheap insurance to start the insurance again, a month later I am in the same boat they cancel , but this time they keep taking my money out in automated billing and my insurance is cancel and they rude and very unprofessional. They will not fix my problem in 3 months, they giving me the run around. I am suiting in the office again waiting for them to resolve the issue after I was yelled at out to wait for the owner, who has done nothing to help me. Stay out of this agent and company

  I had Allstate insurance for years -honestly, cars, renters- and recently when trying to to purchase a new home they so thoroughly botched the new homeowners insurance that the closing was delayed and now they have the nerve to say I owe them money for a policy that was incorrect and for which I never signed, saying it went into effect and therefore owe them money. They have sent it to a debt collector despite my repeated calls with them to clarify that I never actually signed for the policy to go into effect because it was wrong. I have transferred all of my insurance out of Allstate.- Ms. Sanchez is not a good broker.

  The worst experience I have had with this office specifically. I called in to get my insurance dropped because I was leaving the country and they charged me extra for all the months I wasn’t here, And when I changed My bank account They couldn’t charge me anymore so they sent my account to collections I have requested to speak to Krista and she would never return my call. I will not recommend this office find another place.
