- SSSarah SJan 15, 20261.0Ive had to jump through hoops to cancel my policy. I called and mentioned I wanted to cancel on the automated system.... dead air. I hung up and called back to say I had policy questions. What do you know? It goes right through! I told him I wanted everything canceled since Farmers got me the same coverage with lower deductibles for HALF the cost. He asks me to email him. OK fine no problem. I emailed him. Nothing gets canceled. I call back 3 more times over the next week. No answer. Finally just called allstate General customer service and they were able to help. Would never go back. 4 years of nothing but bad experience after bad experience.
