  I purchased insurance Ruidoso condo. The agent I worked with is Marissa. She has been the most helpful person I have ever delt with at an insurance company. When ever I have needed any thing, she has always been there and provided it for me.

  We had a major hail storm. Carolina was extremely hard to get in touch with. Allstate itself was awesome and we were please the the out come. As of this date, Carolina has yet to contact us to see how the process was going. She, is only available for the sale, once that is, done she doesn't seem to be interesting in following up. We will be looking for a new agent when it's time to renew our policy.

  Horrible service. Do not answer phones during business hours or return calls with any consistency. If they tell you they are going to do something don't count on it. Plan on making several phone calls just to get ahold of them again.

  Carolina is the best. I've worked with many insurance agents and no other office has been as kind and professional. They are experts in insurance and customer service. Each person in her office goes above and beyond to make sure you are greeted warmly and that every insurance detail is taken care of.
