  There was a time when the agent was there to serve the customer. Nowadays the customer is their last priority. As they exist only to serve their stockholders. No customer service whatsoever here! Less than useless. In fact they've caused more harm and headaches than they're worth.

  Everytime I turn around there is a price increase,and there explanation of it is not convincing.

  I worked with Fawn Rae for getting a quote on home, car and umbrella coverage. She was very detailed with questions on coverage and discounts that I never even thought about. At the end she presented me with a good fair quote and assisted setting up all the recurring billing. When I walked out, I had the coverage I needed, and I don't even have to anything to set up future billing! Great customer service.

  allan warren is the most efficient agent i have ever dealt with i have moved every personal and business policy to Allstate all BECAUSE THE SERVICE RECIEVED AND ALLSTATE IS OUT STANDING
