- SSSherry S.Mar 25, 20241.0I wish I caught the name of the person I spoke with last week at Marybeth Juliana’s agency. It was the WORST customer service I’ve ever received and I’ve been an Allstate client for almost 30 years. The girl on the phone was patronizing, gave incorrect information, and was useless. I made the switch to a different Allstate office, which actually cares about their customers. One phone call to the other office this morning and all my questions were answered. It’s really not that hard… but when you’re talking with reps who don’t care about the customers they serve, that’s what you get. Save yourself the aggravation and use any other branch of Allstate except this one. I sure hope I get a survey from Allstate asking me why I switched so I can lay it all out. Do better!!!

I have a company truck so my cars sit most of the time and my wife only does in town so my car sit a lot of the time so the mile wise works great for me
