I was hesitant to change auto insurance since I have been with the previous one for years… but they keep raising my premium every year and it was too much that I decided to try statefarm and I must say, it was a huge weight being lifted off my chest. Best decision ever! They call you back within an hour you left a voicemail. They are so nice and knowledgeable and open to all the questions I have, and I mean I have questions listed before ai called and they all answered without rushing.
