  Very, very disappointing. I’ve called 3 times the past several months and never get an agent on the first call. Get voice mail and a call back 20-30 minutes later. Today, March 18, i was sitting in a dealership trying to add a new purchase vehicle to my policy so i could drive the vehicle home. No return call for 25-30 minutes. Ended up calling Allstate directly. On-line number was for sales. Gentleman gave me cust serv #, could not transfer. 3 tries to get thru on automated system, then a woman with heavy accent. Another journey for another day. Totally unprofessional and disappointing experience. Looking to move all my policies to another carrier.
