  Paul has been a fantastic partner whenever we need help for home and auto. He always goes above and beyond to make sure we are fully taken care of, which was a huge help last winter when our pipes burst. We would recommend Paul and his team to anyone.

  Awful customer service. After multiple years they drop me for getting my windshield hit by a rock and then my car got sideswiped. You would think Paul Cella or his rude secretary would let me know they would be dropping me but they sent one and I mean ONE letter. It's 2024. No email. No phone call, and now paul has been conveniently busy or out of the office and refuses to call back. Horrible professionalism and the last claim they ripped me off. Stay far away if you enjoy actually talking and working in a professional manner with your agent. Wish I could fobe a zero for Paul and his secretary Karen Yuhas
