My grandfather Bob Hadley started his Allstate agency over 60 years ago and as the third generation I am excited to have the opportunity to continue that legacy of protection in the Ringwood community. You would think Paul Cella or his rude secretary would let me know they would be dropping me but they sent one and I mean ONE letter. It's 2024. No email. No phone call, and now paul has been conveniently busy or out of the office and refuses to call back. Horrible professionalism and the last claim they ripped me off. Stay far away if you enjoy actually talking and working in a professional manner with your agent. Wish I could fobe a zero for Paul and his secretary Karen Yuhas
