  Lisa Damico tried very very hard to scam my 60 year old mother. She lied on numerous occasions to her, at one point she even resorted to making up an entire law about how if we wanted to cancel our insurance we need to personally deliver her proof that we returned the plates on the car that we own, which is a complete and utter joke, that is not a policy or a law written anywhere, she made it up so she could get continue to get paid a commission off of the policy. That is unacceptable and unethical in every stretch of the imagination. Once I exposed her for this complete lie, she then tried to make up another lie about how if we took a particular car off our insurance plan, the premium would GO UP. This is all recorded, undeniable and irrefutable (NJ is a single party consent state) and I am more than happy to provide all evidence of all of my claims. We switched to GEICO and our premium is now down 50% with the same coverage / cars on the plan The fact of the matter is - Lisa a liar, plain and simple. She will say or do ANYTHING for extra buck or two, and in no way does she even pretend to look out for the best interests of her customers. This is NOT in any way a reflection of Allstate or Andrea Debenedetto or anyone else involved, my issue is with Lisa and her constant undeniable lies which ended up costing my mother well over $500 in total. I am leaving this review here because she is associated with this office so others are aware of her deceit. Integrity and honesty are important, specifically in the sale industry - and that’s exactly why you should never work with Lisa Damico.

  My mother has been with allstate for years and now that she's older I deal with them on her behalf, they are really sweet and go the extra mile, they don't have to I'm sure but they make me and have made my mother feel like family! Awesome staff! You don't get that everywhere and that's important to me!

  "You are in good hands with Allstate." Not true! You are in good hands paying car insurance but the good hands are gone when you need. Since I had a small accident one month ago, I have had nothing but stumbling rocks trying to get my car repaired and Allstate to cooperate. They don't care. Since my car rental agreement has expired, I now have to pay $45 per day. My car is still not repaired and they take no responsibility. After years and years of being an Allstate client, take have removed the hands from underneath me.
