  Competent, efficient, friendly, service. I would hate to switch but I have gotten quotes from NJ m for the same coverage at 55 to $60 less a month plus paying only 10 months out of a year so I get 2 months off that would work right into the Christmas season. They also do apartment insurance so sadly unless there are some adjustments real soon I will be leaving Allstate. Nothing personal

  I just spoke with Sebastian I believe his name was at the Brian Zimmerman Agency. I think this is the 2nd time I have had the pleasure of speaking with him. He is so professional and just such a friendly person. I have NEVER had a bad experience since being a customer at the Agency. I have Allstate Insurance. Calling an Agent is so much more personal than dealing directly with Allstate. They call me and send me a card on my Birthday. In every circumstance I have encountered with them, they have always been professional, patient, kind and efficient. What more can you ask for. I appreciate kindness and patience. If you feel the same, give them a call. Cannot hurt to try to save money and deal with such a wonderful insurance agency. Thank you to all the agents at the Brian Zimmerman Agency!!! I appreciate you all.
