  When I first went to Jesse, about 3 yrs ago he was very pleasant and easy to talk to but in time I notice by his tone of voice that he would get bothered when service was needed. On January 2nd 2026 I was home and started looking on my budget and how much Allstate kept rising the premiums mind you I had a bundle. 2 cars, home and umbrella policies. I then said to myself it's time to shop around. When I called Jesse and sent email of my intention of going with another carrier his tone of voice was totally unprofessional. he would answer email very professional because he knows that creates a paper trial, but on the phone it was totally unprofessional. When I called to ask hime if I were to switch carriers how quickly will I get the unused portion of my insurance money he just answered between 24-48 hours. he did not say can we look at this option he just did not care. Well I finally pulled the trigger and went with another carrier. I then emailed him and called to see what documents were needed to close my policy he just said he needed the endorsements which I sent via email. he then wrote back that what I sent was not it, and said which ones I needed to send. I then called my new insurance carrier and explained and they said that what I sent to him was correct. I then notices that Jesse was busting my chops. I then printed all the forms but blanked out what I was paying which was none of his business. when I took them to him in person I asked him if these were the ones he did not answer he just took paper work took picture and said ok that's it good bye. I then asked him again about how long I had to wait for refund. He then replied 24-48 and that is if I had anything to be refunded which he knew I was entitled to refund since I had payed in full like I always did and my policy was not up for renewal until April 2026. Well to let you all know if you live in NJ call NJM their rates and c/s is top notch. I SAVED OVER 2K BY SWITCHING TO NJM!!!
