  I had a great experience with my agent Dolly Tucker. She was always prompt to call me back, if I didnt get her on the phone. Always helped to get the maximum of discounts, that would lower my insurance premiums.

  Sabrina Hopson was AMAZING with helping me add a new car to my policy and then adding my new driver. Adding my daughter to my current package was going to be an astronomical increase. Sabrina patiently worked with me in explaining all my options to make it more affordable. The amount of time she spent on switching numbers (deductibles, coverages, etc.) around for me to let me know what my payments would be was extremely appreciated. She was so patient with me and answered all my questions as I went back and forth with what plan to choose. She spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me and never made me feel as if I was wasting her time. I highly recommend her, she is phenomenal! (I already told my sister to contact her directly for help with her car insurance coverage ).

  Raina is the real deal. I recently switched my policies over to her practice. Within two weeks my policies went from over $10,000 per year total to $6,000. She worked with me to get costs down and was super responsive to any of my questions. Highly recommend to anyone looking to save money or looking for an agent who looks after her clients.
