  Truly an awful experience from start to finish. My husband and I have even decided to move off of Allstate entirely due to our experience. We experienced a broken pipe outside our condo and some water damage inside from the pipe. We were then told it was not covered at all by insurance as they only cover water below the foundation. Our neighbors also all had this covered via NJM. Could not have had a worse experience. Everyone we spoke to also continued to simply read from a script it seemed, never actually addressing questions. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
