  I had an extremely frustrating experience with this Allstate agency. My initial interaction with Sammy was unacceptable! After I sent him forms I needed to sign, he completely disappeared. He ignored multiple emails and he was never available for my calls, leaving me with zero confirmation of coverage. That level of unresponsiveness is incredibly concerning. (I have proof of emails) William, who has helped my family and I in the past and whom I trusted, stepped in apologize on behalf of Sammy and promised to fix the issue. During a call, he even asked me to write him a review, but I made it clear I would only do so after my issue was resolved. He promised he would call me on Monday with updates. Days pass by he never communicated with updates! (seems like he cared more about the good review) My bank reached out stating I was uninsured for nearly three weeks. While I believe William is a genuine good person and has helped in the past, this experience was very disappointing. Then Victoria completely turned things around. She mentioned she was going to take ownership of this issue, she communicated consistently, and followed through until my issue was fully resolved. She even checked in when there were no updates so I never felt ignored. She is the only reason I stayed with this Allstate agency.

  I had an excellent experience working with William today. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful with explaining my policies. He answered all my questions. He made all the changes I requested in a very timely manner. It was a pleasure working with someone who really cared about your satisfaction.

They genuinely care about helping you get results and resolving issues with the best possible outcome. They always return calls the same day or by the next day at the latest. The staff is knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. They make me feel like I’m part of a family that truly has your back.
