After spending months trying to work with my insurance to get the work estimate approved by my insurance, I was encouraged to speak with GSPA. My assigned adjuster, Brenden, was fantastic. I had so much stress and frustration with the process to that point, just speaking with Brenden about how GSPA handles situations like mine and signing the agreement was enough to make me feel like an enormous weight was lifted from my shoulders. GSPA's excellence didn't stop with a verbal overview and written agreement, rather Brenden expertly navigated this complex situation with skill and calm confidence. At no point did I feel doubt about my decision to engage GSPA. Brenden put in the hard work, as a result my insurance company agreed to a much larger claim amount commensurate with the amount of work necessary to fix my home properly. I wholeheartedly endorse Brenden and GSPA for anyone facing insurance claim challenges. They make things happen seemingly effortlessly. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do they will be who I choose.
