Iâve had repeated, frustrating experiences with this insurance office, and this was the final straw.
Most recently, I tried to cancel my car insurance for a vehicle that was already sold. The agent insisted there was no way to cancel the policy without a proof of sale, refused to offer any alternative solution, and would not transfer me to a manager. The interaction felt dismissive and rigid, as if helping the customer simply wasnât a priority.
This isnât an isolated issue. In the past, I also had problems with my homeowners insurance, specifically getting the correct coverage to protect against water damage. Each time I raise an issue, the explanation is always the same: âthe previous agent wasnât knowledgeable.â
If agents are consistently misinformed, thatâs a systemic problem â not a one-off mistake. Insurance is too important (and too expensive) to deal with ongoing errors, poor communication, and a refusal to escalate concerns.
I will be cancelling all remaining policies and strongly advise others to avoid this office. There are plenty of agencies that value accuracy, accountability, and basic customer service â this is not one of them
