- AEAbdelrahman ElshamsyFeb 19, 20261.0Unprofessional and Disorganized office. Policy went into cancellation twice because of agent negligence specifically Maria Dacosta. First time the office did not properly request payment in escrow from the Mortgage lender. I went through the whole process and had to personally make the payment in order for the lapse in coverage to not occur. I changed my mailing address to my business mailing address in the bordering state. Maria asked me if the insured home was my primary residence. I confirmed with her that it was. Without following up she then "did research" where she found an old listing of it for rent for a short period of time when in reality I had changed my mind about renting it and currently occupy it for 60% of the time. The policy went into cancellation days after again off of this assumption with no evidence. They are a shady organization. I would stay away for peace of mind and professional treatment.
