I was a little hesitant to call but I decided to and I am so glad I did. I spoke with Nelly Santiago and we went over every aspect of my insurance policies in great detail. Nelly was focused on saving me money on my policies and beyond a doubt Nelly accomplished that. Nelly explained everything in detail and if I had a question she addressed it in a way which I understood. I have been a client of Allstate for over 60 years and am very satisfied with their service.
