I've had two claims: First of all it was nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone at the local office. I called and was always transferred to somewhere national. I emailed Mr Soliman and didn't get a response from him. One claim was handled reasonably well and promptly. The other claim was a NIGHTMARE where the person handling the claim, wherever they were, was rude and incompetent. I ended up having to file a complaint on the corporate level to final get someone competent to help me. That claim was cancelled in the end. my third claim was WORSE
