  My mother is 78 years old and doesn't have a smart phone or a computer. I am very grateful for John who was very patient with her and helped her switch auto insurance and save her money while also fixing her coverages.

  Terrible person I called to set up a claim and he started swearing at me using the f word several times. I heard children in the background. I have never been spoken to like that. Very unprofessional, rude and out of control. I have called Allstate and I am registering a complaint and want him removed from my account now. Don’t use him
