  Mr Singh was fantastic as an agent. But when I gave his office my new credit card info because of a fraudulent usage of my previous one, the person with whom I spoke at 1:20pm on January 22, failed to apply my card to my "milewise" account. They canceled my policy for non payment of an Unexplained $91 which wouldn't have happened if the card info had not been mismanaged by that lady (if I can find her name, I will amend to include it). I found out that the policy was terminated when I called to get a new card for my son! My 6 month term was always from April to October. I never received a single email about the automatic deductions not being able to be taken out. When I called, no one would allow me to speak to Praneet Singh who calls himself Perry. They only said repeatedly that the policy was terminated Feb 1st for non payment. Note I gave them my credit card info on January 22. This is very frustrating and Disappointing. My family was unknowingly driving unprotected due to Singh's staff error and I still haven't been able to get him to call me. I would say he/they are some sort of sham and warn diligently against doing any kind of business with them. Very Sincerely Shana Angemi
