My wife, and I were told to give State Farm a try by a family friend Kevin Battle. To say the least, it was a great experience. All thanks to Christian. Chris provided us with all the information we needed, and then some. He was professional, and very courteous. He made our search for insurance information fun. I didn't know that was even possible. However he exceeded our expectations. So we moved forward, and decided to go with State Farm for our vehicle's insurance. Chris, made our decision easy. - ZAZach AlterSep 23, 20251.0If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. Do NOT use Tim Noel, the office is terrible too. Nobody is ever on the same page. There is only one woman here that is competent at her job. If you want someone who consistently does not do their job this is your guy. Multiple phone calls to no avail. I moved and attempted to edit / cancel policies etc and was met with nothing being done on the agents end time and time again. When I emailed Tim directly I received no response. He clearly does not care about his clients. Needless to say I switched my agent at least a month ago and my new agent is STILL cleaning up the mess this agent left behind with not canceling policies as requested etc. Do yourself a huge favor and pick a different SF Agent.
