  Person to person . More clear in questions. Calls and came to the office much better. Agent before Mr. Erhardt.was very engried it took 14 month.for my cop pay to collect . It was to busie. I ask my family for help.

  I purchased multiple policies from this firm for decades. Then, one day, my Home Owners Insurance went up by approximately 50%. I looked at the policy and saw that they had increased my home contents coverage to $700,000. This is ludicrous. And it is triple what I had the year before. When I called about what we could do, I was told by Carlos: "That's the way it is", like it or not. I switched to another firm and my premium immediately dropped to where it was 5 years ago with the same coverage I always had. When a firm is so long established that they take your business for granted, it's time to switch to an agent that truly values my business.
