- JKJoe KrynskiMar 30, 20261.0Do Not do Business with agency. Had a automotive police with all state 5 years ago that was terminated. Found out they have been billing me for a bundle policy ever since: Emailed in January and told them didn’t authorize a rental policy since I own my home. A month later was billed again. Emailed and called and was told that I never said I wanted to cancel it, they also tried blaming the other All state branch who sold them the book of business. After sending another email clearly saying to cancel it I have received another bill from them 4 months since first contact. I have contacted BBB, Division of Banking and Insurance and AG office . If they won’t cancel a policy that I don’t even have God only knows how they will handle a claim!!! This office has zero accountability… I emailed this morning at 8 am.
