  I called the office for many questions on my various policies and Nelly answered the phone and I am so glad she did. She was so helpful, patient and informed. She answered all of my questions and also saved me money at the same time! I'm glad that there are people at Allstate like Nelly who help people to understand their insurance situations and who make it a nice experience and also a friendly attitude. Thank you Nelly!

  I called Allstate to discuss my auto and condo policies and spoke to Nelly Santiago. She was most helpful and we were able to make positive financial changes. She went over the changes carefully with me and followed through with confirmation emails. It was wonderful to speak with a representative so quickly and I did not have to wait on the phone. I appreciate great customer service!

  I had the most pleasant conversation Marianela. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like I hit the jackpot getting to work with her. I feel bad my toddler woke up from her nap and I lost the call and ability to call back. But not before she saved me money and helped me more then I expected someone could!   Anytime I called for getting copy of my insurance or anything else they always provide the info right away . Been Allstate customer since I have my first car . Very pleased with the service and package

  Nelly is so wonderful. She was so helpful while we were at the dealer and I couldn't find the information I needed on my policy. Ive been a customer for 30+ years and have always been very happy with Allstate and this office in particular. Thank you!
