  Since 2025, I haven't been able to get in touch with Lowell for any insurance needs. I can't get a call or an email back and im supposed to pay for this every month. Thinking to start switching to other insurance company so I can get in touch with someone for my insurance needs.

  I have been trying to reach this agent regarding my elderly Mother’s policy. The policy was to be canceled on August 21, due to the sale of her home. Allstate is still taking funds out of her account. For 2 weeks now I have been calling leaving messages, with no call back

  Terrible customer service. I was promised a return call from my agent in 30 minutes, never called me back. I called back 3 days later to ask why my insurance increased 300%, the response he gave me was that my house is worth a lot more now. I would give 0 stars if I could.

  What a great man and an even greater company. I was in a pickle a while back which another company ( Gico) and god did they suck . Thank you Lowell
