- NCNate ChorneyMay 15, 20251.0I had been with this Allstate agency since moving to New Hampshire, after being personally referred by my former Allstate agent in another state. Unfortunately, the experience here has been disappointing. Despite being a loyal customer, I never received proactive communication about rising premiums or policy changes. When I raised concerns, the agent blamed me for not catching the increases myself and offered no resolution. I was made to feel like I was at fault for their lack of transparency — as if they were more concerned about protecting Allstate than supporting me, the customer. That completely defeats the purpose of having a local agent. I’ve since switched to USAA and couldn’t be happier. My car insurance dropped from $250/month to $119/month, and my homeowners policy went from $1,208/year to $869/year — saving me over $2,100 a year — with the exact same coverages. That kind of difference speaks for itself. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this agent and this company.

He wound up lowering my rate while increasing coverage on things for my home in my policy that hadn't been looked at from my prior company since I signed with them. Not to mention all the help he provided when I bought a new car and had to fight to get it registered. Can't recommend this agency enough, Justin and his team do an amazing job!
