  Very disappointed at this company. My credit score is 810, yet they cancelled my insurance because I was on vacation abroad and my payment didn't go through. They said there's nothing they can do because that's what their system says. Not very smart people.

  Always helpful and friendly staff. Great options for insurance. We use Dan's office for our cars, the motorcycle and the house.

  I first ended up using Dan as my insurance agent simply because the price for my car insurance came back cheapest from Allstate and he was the closest agent. It's now 6+ years later, I've made multiple policy changes, moved several towns away, and swapped my renters insurance for homeowners and for every step along the way Dan has been incredibly responsive and helpful. I send an email requesting some update and usually within the hour have a response, and often my request fully completed. Unless there's some unusual spike in policy costs above the rest of the industry, I will be staying with Dan and Allstate for the foreseeable future.
