Once they have you as a customer they will take and rate jump you considerably even if there are not changes in 1) the square footage of your home and 2) or your driving record. Heaven forbid you try to work with corporate to get any matter rectified and they are just a corrupt as this local agent. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will continue to share my experience to warn people for the bogus business practices this organization works under. SCAM ARTISTS!!!!
