  I had the opportunity to speak with Manuel, and he was very nice and professional throughout our conversation. He explained everything clearly regarding what I would be getting with State Farm, which I really appreciated. However, he mentioned that he would call me back, and it’s now been about three weeks without any follow-up. I’m still interested, especially once I receive all the details from Allstate, but I hope communication can be improved moving forward. Overall, a good initial experience, just hoping for better follow-up next time. Kuddos to you Manuel.

  Kayla has been amazing to work with! She was very attentive, and went above and beyond to help my two sons get their own coverage and ensure that we had the best coverage and rates available for our family.

  I did my review with Suesan Beliveau today and I am so glad I did. She told me all of my coverage amounts, deductibles and helped me with my renters policy. It was areally nice talking with her. I can also say she takes pride in her work! Thank you all at Stephen Sullivan allstate ins.

  Stephen Sullivan and all the employees at Allstate Insurance are very helpful and were attentive to my needs and questions. They were there for me every step of the way when I was in a car accident and when I was transitioning to my own insurance. I would highly recommend this agency to any of my friends and family.

  Kayla has been absolutely amazing to work with! She always takes the time to review our policies and make sure we’re getting the best coverage while also saving as much money as possible. It really feels like she genuinely cares about her clients and is always looking out for our family’s best interests. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service are truly top-notch.
