- SSScottApr 19, 20252.0Go direct. Skip the middle man. They are constantly pushing renter insurance every time you speak to them about anything. Despite telling them over the last two years or so that it doesn’t apply to me. about six times now. Rather deal with an insurance company directly.

Through out the difficult claims process one of their agents "Dawn" was extremely helpful in navigating me through the process and acting as my advocate with the adjuster. I can not speak highly enough of the agency and especially their representative that was checking in on me.
