  Would highly recommend using a different All State Office. Very frustrated with how we were treated as paying customers from the moment they answered the phone. They didn't have any answers we needed and were quite accusative when their role is to be a local voice to help answer our questions. We called a national line who solved the problem immediately. We will likely be switching to a new insurance company because of how we have been treated by this office.

  Allstate is the most difficult company to work with. This team, is the opposite of helpful. Avoid paying more for home insurance is better than paying for insurance that fails to cover obvious storm damage.

  I had to make 2 damage claims to my vehicles the last 3 months ( one hail damage and another getting rear-ended by another vehicle). Both times I went to my All-State agent Corey Ilg and he took care of my claims right away. Corey is an outstanding agent with vast knowledge of insurance issues. However, what separates him from other insurance agents who I had dealt before is his honesty and the way he treats his clients with out most respect and kindness. He goes out of his way to take care of his clients and solve their insurance issues. I strongly recommend Corey Ilg and his Allstate insurance agency to anyone who is looking for a car/home insurance and wants to have a great agent!!.
