  I spoke with Amy, and she gave me a full rundown and explained everything my former insurance company was not covering. I would highly suggest sitting down with her, if you have the time, and going through your policy. After everything was said and done with my auto insurance, the price was $50 cheaper than my current company with better coverage! I couldn’t believe it. My home insurance was a few hundred dollars higher, but it came with much better coverage. It was well worth it because of Amy’s customer service and patience with me—lol. I would much rather pay a little more for wonderful customer service, where I can speak to a representative, than pay less and have to track someone down.
