  Everything is organized and professional from check in until check out. Work quality is excellent and the service writers are kind and knowledgeable. Corvette Cafe is awesome too!

  Both times I have been here since I picked up my lease vehicle from this location have been mediocre experiences at best. Even though I have made sure it is known that this is a work-lease vehicle, and needs to go through a third party company for payment and record keeping, there is always confusion about it and the company is never notified. Both visits have just been for a routine oil change and tire rotation, and both have taken longer than the estimated wait time I was told. And both times I’ve left the service appointment with a pending warning light on my car. First time I had to go back to have the tire pressure monitoring reset. This week the “check engine” light came on the day after my service appointment. I am currently trying to decide if I should go back to have the warning looked at, or if I am going to use another service provider.

  Except for once, every time I get an oil change the documents (including my handicap sticker) ends up on the floor of my front passenger seat or on the front passenger seat. Even though I asked them not to do so.

  Made an appointment to drop my truck off on a Tuesday, was told at the time it probably would not get into the shop until Wednesday. Thursday was a holiday, so I expected to get my truck back or at least hear why my check engine light was on sometime on Friday. By Friday afternoon I had not heard anything so I reached out and was told my truck had not been looked at yet, but was scheduled to be looked at late in the day or over the weekend. When I reached out Monday I was told a tech looked at it but it needed to go to a diesel tech. It was known the truck is diesel, not sure why that was not planned for. Tuesday, after a week there, it was finally looked at and a plan made. Communication was terrible throughout. Why have customers make appointments but then do nothing for a week.
