- MSMaria SGJan 28, 20263.0Except for once, every time I get an oil change the documents (including my handicap sticker) ends up on the floor of my front passenger seat or on the front passenger seat. Even though I asked them not to do so.
- MBmatt buol-fergJan 26, 20261.0Made an appointment to drop my truck off on a Tuesday, was told at the time it probably would not get into the shop until Wednesday. Thursday was a holiday, so I expected to get my truck back or at least hear why my check engine light was on sometime on Friday. By Friday afternoon I had not heard anything so I reached out and was told my truck had not been looked at yet, but was scheduled to be looked at late in the day or over the weekend. When I reached out Monday I was told a tech looked at it but it needed to go to a diesel tech. It was known the truck is diesel, not sure why that was not planned for. Tuesday, after a week there, it was finally looked at and a plan made. Communication was terrible throughout. Why have customers make appointments but then do nothing for a week.
