- SSS SvandaJun 11, 20254.0My most recent service visit started with a call from Samaria. She was seriously the happiest, most upbeat voice I have ever heard over the phone. On the day I just needed it the most. I've had a rearview mirror in the parts department for months. I had set an appointment once and got sent out of town for work. Samaria called and was kindly asking if I knew I had parts in for my truck. I said oh my gosh, yes, I'm so sorry. I asked if she could set me an appointment and she replied of course. I took my truck in, and it got handled. If it wasn't for Samaria calling me, it would still be sitting there. Much appreciated girl! We need more awesome people like Samaria. I'm surprised with how well they do here but don't wash and vacuum cars/trucks that come thru service.

Lack of responses after multiple emails and calls. I would never recommend using them as an insurance broker, the lack of assistance and customer service is appalling.
