I am currently have home insurance with this office and recently canceled my car insurance.
Having been a customer for over three years, paying in full for each renewal, I was shocked with a collection notice. The final payment in full was not applied and I was never notified.
Upon calling to resolve the matter I was treated poorly, being told that my threats to cancel were irrelevant.
Any attempt to reach out personally via phone or text could have prevented this situation.
While I'm told the office will attempt to resolve the issue, my confidence and trust has been compromised.

Devan a very nice guy if he has time to talk to you. Jason usually fields all the calls and is horrible. He flat out tries not to help answer you questions and most rude person I've experienced in customer service area. Unfortunately, he cost Devan my business today as I changed agencies after Jason hung up on me for some simple questions on my policy.
Quit sending me spam mail that looks like an important document. Looks like there are lots of negative reviews for this business, so I highly doubt this review will make you stop sending spam mail disguised as important documents which makes people open them.
Most horrible customer service ever and will tell you straight up if you don't like it leave, bye. Left quick.
Rude, rude rude people you ever see in this planet they will never answer your question. They will never help you if you call to ask a question they will mess up your policy. I don’t recommend to nobody.
