  Good price but once you have a claim your be wondering why you have them. They will fight with you and not give up. You will lose.

  Called and canceled my policy. Was told everything was canceled and the auto pay was turned off. Stated I’d receive something in the mail if I owed anything or anything was owed back to me. 2 weeks later money came out of my acct. no letter, no warning it was coming out, how much or what it was for. Called Allstate main office was told he didn’t turn off auto pay until almost 2 weeks after he said he did which was 6 days after my policy was in effect with a different company. Very shady do not recommend doing business with him or Allstate at all.

  Terrible customer service! I was with this specific branch of Allstate for a year and was never able to get adequate service and every time I had to speak to somebody in the office, it was unpleasant and unprofessional. I had mentioned that to Dan himself (this branch owner), and he said IF, emphasis on if, I was spoken to that way, he would see what he could do. I was totally brushed off after that. When it came to my policy, I was barely able to get help. After a year with this Allstate branch I was fed up and ended up switching to GEICO and I have never been happier. I would strongly advise against this branch if not Allstate altogether. The only branch I have been to with Allstate is this one so that’s all I can speak on but my experience was bad enough I will never give Allstate as a whole my business again.
